Northwestern cuisine in HCMC

In the southern hub of Ho Chi Minh City, diners are able to enjoy culinary specialties from the northwestern region at Khen La Restaurant.

To prepare dishes such as com lam (bamboo sticky rice), fried chicken with Sapa mushrooms, and grilled fish as close as possible to home cooking, all ingredients including vegetables, spices, and meat are imported from the northwestern region.
